David Barnett is the Regional Director of Northern California. In addition, he recently relocated to Denver and is in charge of our Colorado Operations. He graduated from Florida State University and has been a BCBA since 2018. He was introduced to ABA by PBA’s very own Zack Stevens in 2012, and has been in the field ever since. David is most passionate about teaching caregivers and other professionals how to apply the science of behavior analysis to any aspect of their lives. His hope is that these tools will become second nature to them, so they can eventually use them independently. In his free time, David enjoys listening to live music, watching the Miami Heat, and going on adventures with his wife and pup.

Julia has worked in ABA for approximately 6 years, and graduated with a Masters in Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis in 2021. She has worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since October 2021. She loves disseminating behavior analysis and find her “flow” when providing staff training. Julia said she’s “stoked to be a part of this awesome PBA team and to be connected to a network of talented Behavior Analysts!”
